NANO PRO Lab Near-Infrared (NIR) Spectrometer 460

Near-Infrared (NIR) Spectroscopy is a method of spectroscopic analysis that examines the absorption, reflection, or transmission of substances in the NIR wavelength range. It is applicable to solids, liquids, and gases, and is utilized in a wide array of industries like food, medicine, chemical, and agriculture.

Each instrument is calibrated, identified and verified in strict accordance with industry-recommended methods, and all tests use NIST-traceable standards to ensure that every indicator of the instrument is authentic and reliable. The instruments are hardware standardized before leaving our warehouse, and absorbance, bandwidth and wavelength accuracy are fully controlled in the final stage of production to ensure consistency between instruments. And, once the instrument is put into use, built-in standard measurements ensure that instrument performance is drift-free over time, ensuring continuous control of consistency between instruments.

  • Detects a larger range on the wavelength spectrum than the 450 Model, covering 700-2500nm (11111-4000)cm-1).
  • Smaller footprint than the 450 Model; More compact in dimensions and lightweight. 
  • Can detect multiple component indicators at the same time, such as moisture, fat, protein and amino acids in one minute. 
  • Has built-in high-quality PTFE reference module, polystyrene wavelength standard plate, automatic reference calibration and wavelength monitoring, which can effectively reduce drift and provide more stable spectral data.
  • Each instrument features calibrations marked with traceable standards of equal distribution throughout the spectrum, ensuring consistent accuracy in wavelength across multiple instruments.
  • The integral sphere diffuse reflection sampling system within the instrument offers multiple angle collection of diffuse reflection light to promote more consistent measurement reproducibility, even for non-uniform samples.
  • A variety of sample cups and auxiliaries are suitable for testing particles, powders, liquids, and films.
  • In real-time, the instrument monitors ambient temperature and humidity and stores the data in the spectrum file, allowing users to ascertain and optimize the measurement conditions with ease.
